\nPOST OF CHEF
\nApplications are invited for the above post.
\nEducational Qualifi cations : (a) Having passed the G.C.E. (O\/L) Examination in
\nand Experience six subjects with credit passes for four subjects
\nwhich should include :
\ni. Sinhala\/Tamil
\nii. English Language
\niii. Mathematics
\nAnd
\n(b) Having completed a full time course on Hotel
\nManagement, Hotel Operation, Hospitality
\nManagement or equivalent other course for a
\nduration of one year or more in a recognized
\nHotel School proven by valid certifi cates with
\nNVQ 4 or above.
\nWith
\n(c) Minimum 02 years experience in relevant fi eld in
\nGovernment Institution or Public Corporation or
\nrecognized Hotel.
\nAge : Not more than 35 years.
\nSalary Scale : Salary Code MN 1 – (2016) Grade 111
\nRs. 36,640 -10×405 – Rs. 40,690\/=
\nIn addition to above salary, all the approved allowances
\nwill be paid.
\nTerms of Employment : Permanent and Provident Fund Basis.
\nApplicants holding the post in the Government Service should send their applications
\nthrough the Heads of the Institutions in which they serve with a copy direct. A certifi cate
\nfrom the Head of the Institution to the effect that the candidate could be released if
\nselected for the appointment should be attached to the application.
\nThe Sri Jayewardenepura General Hospital Board reserves to itself the right to make \/
