Applications are invited for Post of \u201cChief Accountant” of the
\nSri Lanka Rupavahini (TV) Corporation
\nSalary Category : HM 1-1 (Senior Manager)
\nQualifications : (1 or 2 below)
\n1. A degree relevant to the fields of Accountancy, Management, Finance,
\nB Com, recognized by the University Grants Commission
\nWith
\nA postgraduate degree in the relevant field or Associate Membership
\nof a reputed Chartered Professional Institute in the subject field
\nrelevant to the post
\nAnd
\nShould have obtained at least fifteen (15) years experience in the
\nrelevant field in a \u201cManagement\u201d level post in Government, Government
\nCorporation, Board, Statutory Institution or reputed private institution
\n2. Should have obtained the Full Membership of a reputed Chartered
\nProfessional Institute in the subject field relevant to the post
\nAnd
\nShould have obtained at least fifteen (15) years experience in the
\nrelevant field in a \u201cManagement\u201d level post in Government, Government
\nCorporation, Board, Statutory Institution or reputed private institution
\nAge : Should be not less than 35 years and not more than 55 years
\nSalary : HM 1-1-2016 \u2013 Rs. 80,295 \u2013 15×2,270 \u2013 114,345\/-
\nOther Allowances : Cost of Living Allowance, Professional Allowance, Attendance
\nIncentive and other approved allowances, Transport and Fuel
\nAllowance entitled to Senior Managers, Medical Insurance facilities
\nand other benefits.
\nGeneral :
\nThis is a permanent post with entitlement to Employees Provident Fund and Employees
\nTrust Fund. Applicants should be Sri Lankan citizens and should physically fit and should
\nbe well conversant in English language. Recruitment will be based on a structured interview.
