Ministry of Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Policies
\nTrade National Single Window System Project (TNSWSP)
\nGovernment of Sri Lanka has decided to establish a Trade National Single Window System as a single entry point for
\nsubmission of documents and data requirements by the traders on their cross border trade fl ows (Imports, Exports
\nand Transshipments) to the Border Trade Regulatory Agencies. The result of such process shall also be notifi ed to the
\napplicants through the automated Trade National Single Window System.
\nAccordingly, the Ministry of Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Policies has decided to establish a dedicated
\nProject Implementation Unit (PIU) to implement the proposed Trade National Single Window System Project. Hence,
\napplications are hereby accepted from the most eligible candidates to fi ll the following positions of the proposed PIU
\nof the Trade National Single Window System Project, which will be operationalized during the second quarter of 2024
\nCoordinated Border Process Management Specialist
\n Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Economics or Business or
\nPublic Administration or International Trade
\nor Public Policy, or a relevant fi eld, which is
\nrecognized by the University Grants Commission;
\nor
\n \u2022 A qualifi cation recognized by the University
\nGrants Commission as an equivalent qualifi cation
\nto the degree in the relevant fi eld;
\n \u2022 Master\u2019s Degree in relevant fi eld, which is
\nrecognized by the University Grants Commission
\nis preferred; and
\n \u2022 Minimum 08 years of experience relevant to cross
\nborder process management activities, out of
\nwhich at least 04 years of experience should be in
\nthe Senior Managerial Level; or
\n \u2022 Class I offi cer of Government All Island Services or
\na similar status in the relevant fi eld with at least 02
\nyears of experience in the Class I post.

\nqualifi cations, working experience and National Identity
