{"id":79552,"date":"2024-07-06T01:04:59","date_gmt":"2024-07-05T19:34:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/adz.lk\/?post_type=listivo_listing&#038;p=79552"},"modified":"2024-07-06T01:04:59","modified_gmt":"2024-07-05T19:34:59","slug":"superintendent","status":"publish","type":"listivo_listing","link":"https:\/\/adz.lk\/si\/ad\/superintendent\/","title":{"rendered":"SUPERINTENDENT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ministry of Industries<br \/>\nLANKA MINERAL SANDS LIMITED<br \/>\nVacancies &#8211; Pulmoddai Plant<br \/>\nApplications are invited from qualified applicants for the following posts<br \/>\nat fully government owned Lanka Mineral Sands Limited.<br \/>\nJunior Managerial Service Category (JM-1-2)<br \/>\nStation where the vacancy exists &#8211; Pulmoddai Plant (No. of<br \/>\nVacancies &#8211; 01)<br \/>\nExternal Applicants<br \/>\n Should have obtained one of the following qualifications:<br \/>\nEducational Qualifications \/ Professional Qualifications<br \/>\n1) Should have obtained a degree in Engineering (Mining \/<br \/>\nMechanical \/ Electrical \/ Production \/ Civil) from a university<br \/>\nrecognized by the University Grants Commission<br \/>\n2) Should have obtained a Proficiency Certificate of not less than<br \/>\nNVQ Level Seven (07) issued by a Technical \/ Vocational<br \/>\nTraining Institute recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational<br \/>\nEducation Commission in Mining \/ Mechanical \/ Electrical \/<br \/>\nProduction \/ Civil activities.<br \/>\n3) Should have obtained a Proficiency Certificate of not less than<br \/>\nNVQ Level Six (06) issued by a Technical \/ Vocational Training<br \/>\nInstitute recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education<br \/>\nCommission in Mining \/ Mechanical \/ Electrical \/ Production \/<br \/>\nCivil activities.<br \/>\n And<br \/>\n Five (05) years experience in the relevant subject field in a<br \/>\nGovernment Department \/ Corporation \/ Statutory Board or<br \/>\nreputed private institution after obtaining the qualification<br \/>\n4) Should have obtained a Proficiency Certificate of not less than<br \/>\nNVQ Level Five (05) issued by a Technical \/ Vocational Training<br \/>\nInstitute recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education<br \/>\nCommission in Mining \/ Mechanical \/ Electrical \/ Production \/<br \/>\nCivil activities.<br \/>\n And<br \/>\n Ten (10) years experience in the relevant subject field in a<br \/>\nGovernment Department \/ Corporation \/ Statutory Board or<br \/>\nreputed private institution after obtaining the qualification<br \/>\nInternal Applicants<br \/>\nShould have obtained one of the following qualifications:<br \/>\na) Should have fulfilled the qualifications for the above external applicants<br \/>\nb) Should have completed a satisfactory service period of at least<br \/>\nfive (05) years in the relevant subject field in Grade II of<br \/>\nManagement Assistant \u2013 Technical (MA-2-1) Service Category<br \/>\n Salary Code No. and Monthly Salary Scale relevant to JM-1-<br \/>\n2 Service Category<br \/>\n As per Management Service Circular 02\/2016<br \/>\n Salary Code No. JM -1-2 &#8211; Rs. 43,355\/- &#8211; 755&#215;10 &#8211; 1,135&#215;18 =<br \/>\n71,335\/-<br \/>\nSalary will be paid placed at the initial salary point of Rs. 43,355\/-<br \/>\nAge Limit : Should be not less than 22 years and not more than<br \/>\n45 years. Maximum age limit is not applicable to internal<br \/>\napplicants.<br \/>\n When internal applicants are recruited, the salary step to be<br \/>\nplaced will be decided as per the Provisions in Chapter VII of the<br \/>\nEstablishment Code.<br \/>\nAllowances and Benefits:<br \/>\nAllowances:<br \/>\n1. Cost of Living Allowance of Rs. 17,800\/- approved by the Treasury<br \/>\n2. Monthly Food Allowance \u2013 will be based on daily attendance<br \/>\n3. Monthly Attendance Incentive \u2013 Based on daily attendance<br \/>\n4. Hardship allowance of Rs. 4,000\/- (Only for employees of the<br \/>\nPulmoddai Plant)<br \/>\n5. Production Incentive paid based on monthly production<br \/>\n6. Monthly Intermediate Allowance of Rs. 5,000\/-<br \/>\n7. Paying the Communication bill as per government business<br \/>\nCircular No. 02\/2022<br \/>\n8. Professional Allowance will be paid based on active service<br \/>\nperiod relevant to the post as per Management Services<br \/>\nCircular No. 05\/2017. (Only for HM-1-1, MM-1-1 posts)<br \/>\nBenefits:<br \/>\n1. Annual Bonus<br \/>\n2. Insurance cover for Surgery and Hospitalization and Outdoor<br \/>\nTreatment<br \/>\n i. Hospitalization Insurance Cover per annum Rs. 200,000\/-<br \/>\n(including family members)<br \/>\n ii. Reimbursement of outdoor treatment bills per annum Rs.<br \/>\n20,000\/- (including family members)<br \/>\n iii. Reimbursement of Dental Treatment Bills per annum Rs.<br \/>\n5,000\/- (including family members)<br \/>\n3. Payment of Medical Expenses up to a standard (specific) limit<br \/>\n i. An allowance of Rs. 12,000\/- once in two years under indoor<br \/>\nmedical aid scheme<br \/>\n ii. Allowance of Rs. 5000\/= once a year for outdoor treatment<br \/>\nunder indoor medical aid scheme<br \/>\n iii. Rs. 12,000\/ once in two years for child birth<br \/>\n4. In addition to them will be entitled to other benefits applicable to<br \/>\npermanent employees<br \/>\n5. Employee should contribute 10% to the Employees Provident<br \/>\nFund and the Company contribution will be 15% to the<br \/>\nEmployees Provident Fund and 3% to the Employees Trust<br \/>\nFund<br \/>\nGeneral Conditions:<br \/>\n 1. Every applicant should be a citizen of Sri Lanka<br \/>\n 2. Should be physically and mentally fit to discharge the duties<br \/>\nentrusted to the post and to serve in any part of the island.<br \/>\n 3. Should have an excellent moral character.<br \/>\n 4.
