\n COURT CLERK\/NOTARY CLERK, GRADE VI (1)
\n BATTICALOA BRANCH \/ HOMAGAMA BRANCH (02 VACANCIES)
\nAPPLICATION PROCEDURE HDFC BANK
\nKey Responsibilities :
\n\uf06c Type litigation documents.
\n\uf06c Carry out title searches at relevant Land Registries.
\n\uf06c Visit the court houses and obtain journal entries \/ proceeding\/ details of cases etc.
\n\uf06c Visit and forward legal documents to courts, land registries, any other institutions etc.
\n\uf06c Update Data Management System (DMS)
\nEligibility Criteria :
\n\uf06c G.C.E. (A\/L) Examination with three passes, excluding General English.
\n\uf06c G.C.E. (O\/L) Examination with six passes with fi ve Credits, including Mathematics, Sinhala\/Tamil
\nlanguage and English.
\n\uf06c Knowledge in using MS Offi ce package.
\n\uf06c Good typing skills in Sinhala\/Tamil & English required.
\n\uf06c Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in a legal fi rm or with an Attorney-at-law in a similar capacity is
\nrequired for the position
\nAge Limit : Preferably below 30 years as at the closing date of applications.
\nTerms and Conditions relating to the position :
\nThis position will be initially on contract basis for a period of 2 years and to be placed on permanent cadre
\non satisfactory performance.
\nAn attractive remuneration package awaits the right candidate.
