Monarch Eco Holdings Pvt Ltd is a farm at Sadalanka, North Western Province, is
currently looking for a hard-working cook to join our team. The should be committed
to working long hours, must be reasonably fluent in English and be in good health. The
Cook must be trained in culinary skills and must be able to cook international and local
dishes. The candidate will be required to stay at the residence.
ONLY for Female candidates between ages 35- 50 years apply.
Key Responsibilities
1. To work with the head cook and plan menus for daily meals, special occasions and events.
2. Meal preparation: Prepare and cook meals from scratch, ensuring high quality and
delicious dishes. This includes a variety of cuisines, appetizers, main course and
desserts.
3. To understand and adhere to all personal discipline and grooming. No Smoking/
Tobacco use and Alcohol
4. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen
5. Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces
and maintaining kitchen equipment.
6. Prepared to work in the vegetable and fruit farm and help maintain it for the residence.
7. Must take care of the pets at home and be pet friendly.
Qualifications:
1. Possess strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
2. Prior experience as a cook in private households, catering services is preferred
3. Maintain high levels of professionalism, confidentiality
4. Understand and adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
5. Passion for cooking and practical experience is highly valued.
