Manager – Operations

located in the heart of Colombo with a huge potential for
growth with state-of-the-art-technology in most of the critical
areas required for high quality medical outcomes.
We are in the search for a professional to join us as a Manager
– Operations to accelerate our growth strategy.
Who we are looking for ?
He should have a proven track record and will be responsible for
carrying out all operational activities to maximize customers’
satisfaction with the objective of achieving the company’s
strategic objectives and implementing the operational strategy
for the hospital.
Candidate Profile
l Experience in Healthcare Industry should be around 05
years
l Should have excellent communication skills in English,
negotiation skills & interpersonal skills
l Ability to adapt to a challenging work environment
l Maintaining cordial and professional relationships with
government and local authorities
l Retired Officers from the forces may apply
l Age below 50 years
