of ‘Crescent’. Norfolk is a collaborative partner of Charoen Pokphand Foods PLC
(CP Foods, Thailand – the one of the world’s leading agro-industrial and food
conglomerate headquartered in Thailand and the largest integrated food producer
in Asia). In our Rapid expansion we are seeking a dynamic, result oriented and
enthusiastic individual to join our Team as “Modern Trade Manager”.
Key Responsibilities
1. Should be able to analyze targets and drive MT team to deliver agreed budgets
on monthly, quarterly & annual basis.
2. Ability to develop strategies and execute plans to increase volumes, while
maintaining healthy bottom line
3. Ability to manage trade credit effectively
4. Excellent skills in coordination with production, Dispatch, Finance & product
development teams.
Key Requirements
• Should be a good team player who possess exceptional problem solving skills
• Excellent PR with all channels and ability to execute company sales strategy
with Key Accounts to increase volume & value.
• Possess a degree in Marketing from a recognized University, CIM/SLIM
preferred.
• Minimum of 04 years’ experience in a reputed FMCG company as a Modern
Trade Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English
• Willingness to work extended hours in the field and travel extensively.
• Age below 45 years
• Be able to work independently with minimum supervision
