We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the vacancies for the position of :
â Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
â Qualifications and Experience :
l Should have passed Grade 08 examination conducted by the Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka
AND
l Six (06) months full time or One (01) year part time course in Electrical and Air conditioning in a
recognized institution
AND
l Should possess a minimum of 02 years of working experience in Electrical wiring of buildings
â Other Attributes:
l Should be able to work under minimum supervision
l Should be a very good team player
l Self-motivated and Results oriented
â Age :
40 years or below as at closing date
â The post will be subject to the general Terms and Conditions of the Bank’s Service, but outside the normal
Banking Stream (Closed Service).
â If found suitable upon fulfilling the requirements of the probation period to the satisfaction of the Bank, candidate
will be confirmed in the permanent cadre of the Bank after a probationary period of two (02) years as
Technician – I.
â Salary scale applicable to the post is :
Rs. 36,565/= – Rs. 41,765/=
Rs. 260/= x 20
(All inclusive approximate initial Gross salary with variable Cost of Living allowance is around Rs. 120,000/- per
month)
â Expected to work beyond normal working hours and weekends/ holidays.
â Expected to serve in any part of the country.
