MONITORING AND
EVALUATION OFFICER
We are questing for an individual
who can support the improvement of
program efficacy and effectiveness,
during the program life cycle
through monitoring, evaluation,
accountability, and learning and
also to implement and strengthen
meal systems and processess to assure
achievement and progress towards
program objectives and goals.
l Independent, Initiative Taker and Creative
l Must be a collaborator and ready to
work in and contribute to team building
environment
l Excellent written and communication
skills in English. Should possess a strong
analytical, critical, thinking, research, and
report writing skills as well as excellent
presentation and facilitation skills.
l Master’s Degree in M&E, Project
Management, Social Sciences,
Development Studies, or any other
relevant discipline
l 3-5 years of experience in Monitoring
and Evaluation, Accountability,
Learning, Research and evaluation
methodologies, standards and practices
l Demonstrated experienced with
qualitative and quantitative data
analysis and statistics
