Refunds
The request for refund should be placed prior to next immediate date of the material submitted date as mentioned below.
Once we receive your request of refund, we will inspect the advertistment in question. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the request within 7 working days from the date the requesy was submitted.
The request should be submitted in writing to the Manager Adz, Watapita & Classified Department including the following details of the advertisement.
printed copy of the email receipt
printed copy of the advertisement if it was published on Adz print version of www.adz.lk
Name of the current Account Holder is to be printed on the cheque
if the refund request is approved, the refund of the balance as a cheque payment
In the event of failure to publish the advertisement on the date specified by the user, the ADZ Online will take the necessary steps to publish the advertisement on the next immediate publishing date instead of issuing a refund.
